With the first awayday of the season under our belts, our next planned away trip will take us to Worksop Town on 24 August, for what will hopefully be a proper bank holiday session!
The bus will be leaving from The Wallaw at 9:30am, so there’s just enough to time sneak in a pint with your breakfast.
Regular pick ups at High Pit (9:40am) and Seaton Delaval (9:45am) will follow, before we head off down to Nottinghamshire.
As the locals aren’t exactly very welcoming, we’ll be stopping off at a local pub/social club for a few hours, rather than be subjected to Carling Nitro and a cold shoulder in their clubhouse.
We’ll be leaving straight after the game, or as soon as they let us out the ground, as the stewards can be pains in the arse.
