Our next planned away trip will be in late November, as Spartans visit former Football League side and current title favorites Macclesfield – in what will likely be our biggest awayday of the season (depending on how important Whitby ends up being!)
With a near 200 mile and 4 hour journey on the cards, we’ll be leaving from The Wallaw at 8:30am, with pick ups at High Pit (8:40am) and Seaton Delaval (8:45am). Hopefully we’ll have a full bus for this one!
Due to the travel required for this one, we’ll also be having a scheduled stop somewhere. Likely Hartshead Moor once again.
As the ground is on the outskirts of the town, we’re a bit fucked when it comes to pubs. So we’ll likely be stopping at a pub in the town centre for an our so (likely near the train station) but that will be confirmed later in the week.
As ever it’s straight home after the game. Expecting to get back between 9pm and 9:30pm, depending on stops and traffic.
