A massive thank you is owed to everyone who came out and supported our first ever talk in, which was a great success! By the end of the night, we believe we managed to generate roughly £630 for Operation Elf! A special mention has to go out to the Cannock Spartans, who made the long trek up North to support the evening 
Huge thank you goes out to Tom, Colin and Stephen for being such good craic, as well as all the other players who came out to support the evening – all of whom were top class 
On top of that, we’d like to see a special thank you to former media volunteer Mark Carruthers – who was absolutely top draw as our host! You’ll struggle to find anyone better.
A thank you is also owed to Tony Young who helped sort the auction and raffle out, as well as Pieface and Dan Hume who were superb last night. Without their help we couldn’t have pulled last night off! Hugely appreciative of all the staff at the Clubhouse as well, who were sublime as ever.
Had a great time in the Masons afterwards as well, with Delaval reigning supreme in chase the ace. Still don’t think Hutchy understands the rules mind you!
